Vistria Structured Credit Fund I is Vistria Group’s inaugural credit vehicle, focused on debt and debt-related investments in U.S. middle-market companies in healthcare, knowledge and learning solutions, and financial services. The fund can invest in Vistria-backed and non-Vistria-backed companies. The strategy invests flexibly across the capital structure, including unitranche and junior debt, structured equity, preferred equity, and senior and junior debt tranches.
