Its direct lending platform originates financing for middle-market and large-cap businesses in North America and Europe. The platform applies a thematic, sector-based approach across business services, software and technology, healthcare, energy, consumer and retail, industrials, and specialty finance. It provides financing for acquisition, growth, liquidity, recapitalization, capital-expenditure, and asset-based transactions, including senior loans and other positions across the capital structure.
