Overview
Providence Strategic Growth Europe is PSG Equity’s Europe-focused growth investment vehicle. Amongst others, the fund owns a majority stake in Signaturit, a Barcelona-based provider of cloud trust services including electronic signature, electronic delivery and electronic identity solutions.
PSG Equity invests in growth-stage software businesses, partnering with founders and management teams at companies that have demonstrated product-market fit, organic growth and customer focus. The firm’s approach combines sourcing, investment and operating resources with management teams to identify expansion priorities. PSG also supports portfolio companies with tailored operating initiatives and add-on acquisition planning, including the identification and integration of complementary businesses.
