Polus Special Situations Fund is a closed-ended commingled special situations vehicle focused predominantly on entities facing financial distress or other special situations in the UK and Europe. It extends Polus Capital Management’s established special situations strategy.
Polus Capital Management is a credit-focused investment manager with leveraged credit, special situations and structured credit strategies. It invests across the capital structure and liquidity spectrum using a relative-value framework informed by fundamental credit analysis and risk management. For special situations investments, Polus conducts ongoing company research and monitoring, and may engage with issuers where relevant through shareholder, contractual or creditor rights.
