Pictet Monte Rosa Properties II is Pictet Alternative Advisors’ second flagship real estate co-investment vehicle. It invests across global private real estate sectors through a thematic, value-add and opportunistic approach, with capacity for secondary transactions. Its thematic focus includes consumer-led property sectors such as logistics, data centers and residential; modernization and sustainability-related upgrades to property assets including offices; and opportunities arising from market dislocation.
Pictet Alternative Advisors is the alternative-investment business of the Pictet Group, managing strategies across private equity, private debt, real estate and hedge funds for private and institutional clients. For real estate co-investments, its multi-manager investment team uses a network of external real estate managers to source and evaluate opportunities. The platform’s approach combines thematic sector selection with co-investment execution across private real estate markets.
