Pemberton NAV Financing Strategy - Core is Pemberton’s inaugural core NAV financing fund. It provides senior secured, fund-level loans to private equity sponsors, with financing secured against cross-collateralised portfolios of underlying companies. The strategy focuses on mature private equity fund portfolios and can support additional platform investments, bolt-on acquisitions, follow-on investment and capital-structure optimisation.
Pemberton is a European private credit manager with a multi-strategy platform spanning direct lending, asset-based finance and capital solutions. The firm combines asset-management and banking capabilities and originates and manages credit exposures through pan-European local offices. For financial sponsors, Pemberton provides financing at portfolio-company, fund and GP levels. Its NAV Financing business is part of its GP Solutions offering and is led by a dedicated team focused on fund-level financing.
