Oakley Capital Origin II is Oakley Capital’s lower mid-market strategy, focused on tech-enabled businesses across Europe. The fund builds on the firm’s Origin platform and targets founder-led businesses in technology, consumer, education and business services.
Oakley Capital is a pan-European investor founded in 2002 by entrepreneur Peter Dubens. The firm backs mid-market businesses across technology, consumer, education and business services. Oakley pursues buyout opportunities in the mid-market and lower mid-market, with an origination approach centred on relationships with entrepreneurs, founders and management teams. It works with portfolio company leadership on strategic priorities, operational execution and selective capability building.

- Athena Racing — The fund invested in Athena Racing, the British America’s Cup team and sailing franchise founded and led by Sir Ben Ainslie.
