- Prime Providers Parent, LLC — The fund and its affiliates invested in Prime Providers Parent, LLC through senior secured debt financing for a provider of in-home specialized healthcare services for pediatric and young adult patients.
- Monetate — The fund provided a last-out term loan and equity co-investment to support Monetate’s acquisition of SiteSpect and the refinancing of existing debt.
- Simplify Compliance Holdings, LLC — The fund made a senior secured debt investment in Simplify Compliance Holdings, a B2B information services platform.
- Engineered Recycling Systems — The fund provided debt financing and an equity co-investment in Engineered Recycling Systems, a provider of equipment and systems for scrap-metal recycling and industrial scrap handling.
- Echo360 Inc. — The fund invested in Echo360, a software platform providing digital learning, content creation, training and engagement tools for higher-education and corporate customers.
