Overview
1GT is a climate-focused growth private equity fund investing in North American and European companies whose products and services support climate-change mitigation. Its investment themes include mobility, power, sustainable food and agriculture, and the circular economy. The fund targets the avoidance or removal of one gigaton of carbon-dioxide-equivalent emissions from the date of investment through 2050, with emissions measurement incorporated into its investment approach.
