Meridiam Infrastructure North America IV is Meridiam’s fourth-generation North American infrastructure fund. It focuses on new and complex infrastructure projects in energy, mobility and essential services, with an emphasis on public-private partnerships and other long-term contracted assets. The fund is positioned to develop, construct and operate infrastructure assets and platforms that serve community needs across North America.
Founded in 2005, Meridiam is an infrastructure investment manager focused on long-term sustainable infrastructure and related services across the Americas, Europe and Africa. Its areas of activity include sustainable mobility, low-carbon solutions and critical public services. Meridiam integrates environmental, social and governance considerations throughout investment and portfolio management. Its approach emphasizes the development and active management of infrastructure assets, including engagement with public-sector stakeholders and project counterparties.
Selected investments
- SR 400 Express Lanes — The fund invested in the SR 400 Express Lanes public-private partnership in the Atlanta area. The project is being developed by the SR 400 Peach Partners consortium to design, build, finance, operate and maintain express lanes on State Route 400.
