Overview
Just Climate Assets Fund I is the inaugural fund in Just Climate’s industrial climate solutions strategy. It invests globally in growth-stage, asset-heavy companies and projects serving hard-to-abate sectors including energy, mobility, industry and buildings, with a focus on timely decarbonisation and carbon removal.
Just Climate was established by Generation Investment Management in 2021. The firm focuses on climate solutions intended to reduce or remove emissions in the next decade, particularly in high-emitting and hard-to-abate parts of the economy. Its approach combines research on emissions pathways, abatement costs and catalytic opportunities with integrated business and climate-impact diligence. Just Climate also uses flexible capital structures and provides portfolio support in areas including engineering, carbon accounting and corporate partnerships.

- Infinitum — The fund invested in Infinitum, a manufacturer of electric motors designed to improve energy efficiency across industrial and commercial applications.
