Gemspring Capital was founded in 2015 by Bret Wiener and provides flexible capital solutions to middle-market companies primarily in the United States and Canada. The firm invests through growth equity, buyouts, preferred and structured equity, recapitalizations, corporate carve-outs, and other tailored transactions. Gemspring focuses on aerospace and defense, business services, consumer services, financial and insurance services, healthcare, industrials, software, and tech-enabled services. It works with management teams to identify growth, operational, talent, market-expansion, and acquisition opportunities.
