It supports investments in business succession, shareholder transitions, corporate carve-outs and management buyouts. The fund is part of Gilde Equity Management’s Benelux-focused private equity platform.
Gilde Equity Management is an independent, partner-owned private equity firm that has invested in Benelux-rooted businesses since 1996. The firm works with companies across sectors, particularly those led by established management teams and positioned in defined market niches. The manager invests alongside management teams and develops strategy jointly with company leadership, while day-to-day operational control remains with management. Its approach includes majority and selected minority investments, with a long-term ownership perspective.
