EPIC III is Castik Capital’s third fund. It focuses on high-quality, growing businesses headquartered in Europe, particularly in fragmented markets, and supports expansion into new markets, add-on acquisitions, digitalisation, and technology development.
Founded in 2014, Castik Capital is a European private equity manager that partners with management teams and founders to build businesses through active ownership and long-term development plans. Castik focuses on technology-enabled business services, software and internet platforms, specialist healthcare, and industrial technology. Its approach includes backing established European companies, supporting organic growth and buy-and-build strategies, and applying flexible governance structures where appropriate.

- Andra Tech Group — EPIC III invested in Andra Tech Group, a Netherlands-based high-precision manufacturing group serving the ASML supply chain.
- Interact Software — EPIC III invested in Interact Software, a UK employee-experience platform focused on internal communication, knowledge sharing, and employee engagement.
- WATR Group — EPIC III invested in WATR Group, a German and Dutch provider of groundwater management and purification services.
