Overview
DigitalBridge Credit is the inaugural fund in DigitalBridge’s digital infrastructure credit strategy. It provides debt financing across digital infrastructure subsectors, including data centers, fiber, satellite broadband and cloud infrastructure, with a focus on first-lien, second-lien and junior debt.
DigitalBridge Investment Management is a digital infrastructure investment manager operating across data centers, cell towers, fiber networks, small cells and edge infrastructure. Its Digital Credit platform provides private credit financing to digital infrastructure companies, related services businesses and enabling-technology providers. The platform uses instruments including senior and junior loans, construction and delay-draw facilities, preferred equity and minority equity, and is led by a dedicated credit investment team.
