Overview
Clean Energy Transition Fund II is the second fund in IMM Investment Global’s clean-energy platform. It targets OECD-based green-energy companies with proven technologies that are at the commercialization stage and seeking to expand into Asian markets.
IMM Investment, established in 1999, invests across venture capital, growth equity and infrastructure. Its infrastructure activities include district and renewable energy, water, waste treatment and recycling, logistics, and ICT infrastructure in Asia. The firm’s approach emphasizes small- and mid-sized enterprises, diversified sector exposure, and active portfolio engagement, including board or management participation. Its Hong Kong business supports portfolio companies’ market entry, commercial relationships, and strategic partnerships.
