Founded in 2003, CIC Private Debt provides private financing to European SMEs, mid-sized companies and infrastructure projects. Its platform is organized across mezzanine and unitranche, senior mid-cap, senior large-cap and infrastructure financing. The manager sources transactions through relationships with investment funds, M&A and financing advisers, specialized banking teams, and the CIC and Crédit Mutuel networks. It incorporates environmental, social and governance considerations throughout its financing process.
