Cairn Capital III is the third fund in Capital Croissance’s CAIRN strategy. It backs profitable growth-oriented small and mid-sized companies through ownership transitions, management-led transactions and growth-capital investments, including a dedicated growth-equity sleeve. The fund combines equity investment with active support for management teams, drawing on Capital Croissance’s entrepreneur network and responsible-investment framework.

Capital Croissance is an independent French investment manager built around a network of entrepreneur-investors. Its platform invests in startups, small and mid-sized companies, and mid-market businesses through buyout, growth-capital and impact-venture strategies. In its Buyout & Growth activity, Capital Croissance supports ownership transitions and development projects alongside management teams. The firm uses its entrepreneur network to provide strategic input, business-development connections, acquisition support and recruitment assistance to portfolio companies.

  • Synalp — Cairn Capital III invested in Synalp, taking a minority stake in the Rhône-Alpes wealth-management advisory group alongside its founders.
  • Cubik — Cairn Capital III invested in Cubik, a French pharmacy-fitting and layout company, alongside its founder and incoming president.
  • STid — Cairn Capital III invested in STid through a minority growth-capital investment. STid develops secure contactless identification and access-control solutions.
  • Vigians — Cairn Capital III invested in Vigians through a minority stake alongside the management team. Vigians designs, installs and maintains fire-protection systems.
  • Serapid — Cairn Capital III invested in Serapid through a majority stake alongside the company’s management. Serapid develops rigid-chain technology for heavy-load handling.
  • Renobat — Cairn Capital III invested in Renobat through a minority stake alongside its co-founders. Renobat specializes in renovating structurally at-risk buildings.
