Overview
Blackstone Tactical Opportunities Fund IV is the fourth flagship commingled fund in Blackstone’s Tactical Opportunities platform. The strategy invests globally across asset classes, industries and geographies, focusing on private investment opportunities outside traditional private equity and private credit. The fund forms part of a flexible-capital platform designed to pursue differentiated and time-sensitive situations, including investments across the capital structure.
Blackstone is a global alternative asset manager with investment activities spanning private equity, real estate, credit, infrastructure, life sciences, growth equity, secondaries and hedge funds. Its Tactical Opportunities platform was launched in 2012 and provides flexible capital for investments that may not fit conventional private equity or private credit approaches. The platform applies thematic sector research and can invest across asset classes, industries, security types and geographies.
