Axcel VII is a Nordic mid-market buyout fund investing across technology, business services and industrials, healthcare, and consumer. Amongst others, the fund invested in technical-consulting group XPartners, software business Movement Software and electrical-panel provider Elcor.
Founded in 1994, Axcel is a Northern European private-equity manager with teams in Copenhagen, Stockholm, and Frankfurt. It invests in medium-sized companies with strong Nordic links across technology, business services and industrials, healthcare, and consumer. Axcel acquires controlling interests and works with portfolio-company management through board participation, structured value-creation initiatives, and due diligence spanning commercial, legal, tax, and sustainability matters.
