Audax Private Debt is the debt financing business of Audax Group, founded in 2000. It provides financing to established middle-market companies through senior debt, unitranche, junior debt and equity co-investment solutions. Its junior-debt strategy leads subordinated debt and second-lien financings and may co-invest in equity alongside sponsors. The manager sources opportunities directly from financial sponsors across North America and targets companies with stable revenue and cash flow, defensible market positions, experienced management teams and strong equity sponsorship.
