It is the second fund in Audax Private Debt’s Direct Lending Solutions strategy, extending the manager’s unitranche financing platform.

The firm invests across first lien, stretch senior, unitranche, second lien and subordinated debt, and can make equity co-investments alongside its lending activities. Its unitranche strategy focuses on leading single-tranche unitranche and stretch senior loans, sourcing opportunities directly through relationships with financial sponsors across North America. The firm targets companies with stable revenue and cash flow, defensible market positions, experienced management teams and strong equity sponsorship.
