Aterian Opportunities II is a single-asset continuation vehicle established to acquire Vander-Bend Manufacturing from an earlier Aterian fund. Vander-Bend now operates as Vantedge Medical, a MedTech manufacturer serving markets including robotic-assisted surgery and radiation oncology.

Aterian Investment Partners is a middle-market private equity firm founded in 2009. The firm invests alongside management teams and supports portfolio companies through strategic positioning and operational areas including people, processes, equipment, technology and product innovation. Aterian has a preference for control investments in U.S. and Canadian businesses.
