Ara Infrastructure Fund I is Ara Partners’ inaugural infrastructure fund within its industrial-decarbonization platform. It focuses on mid-market infrastructure that supports a lower-carbon industrial economy, including new-build projects and the repurposing of existing assets. The strategy emphasizes low-carbon molecules, waste-to-X infrastructure, and decarbonization solutions across industrial value chains in North America and Europe.
Ara Partners is a private markets firm founded in 2017 that focuses on decarbonizing the industrial economy. Its investment platform covers industrial and manufacturing, chemicals and materials, food and agriculture, and energy efficiency and green fuels. For infrastructure, Ara combines investment, technical, operational, and project-execution capabilities. The firm targets infrastructure businesses with contracted revenues, inflation linkage, and cash-flow-generating assets, with a focus on commercially proven technologies and decarbonization applications.

- USD Clean Fuels — A developer of terminal assets for renewable-fuel feedstocks and biofuels, including rail-based logistics infrastructure in North America.
